Сотрудники центра проводят обучение студентов на базе кафедры Химической технологии и промышленной экологии СамГТУ по различным спецпредметам.

Проводится обучение специалистов в рамках корсов повышения квалификации по обращению с опасными отходами в рамках работы НАМЦ «Экотехбезопасность».

В центре под руководством сотрудников разрабатываются дипломные проекты выпускников специальности «Охраны окружающей среды и рациональное использование природных ресурсов».
